4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate and timely access to relevant accounts, data, or team members Not misuse or abuse the platforms or services provided Acknowledge that final performance may vary based on market and execution variables
5. Fees and Subscriptions
BarbStar operates on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees must be paid in advance. Late or failed payments may result in service interruption.
14-day free trials are available for some services and may be cancelled at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via written notice.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law. For consulting and setup services, no refunds will be given once work has commenced.
7. Third-Party Tools
We use third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

8. Performance Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific results such as lead quantity, or ad performance. While we use data-driven methods, business results depend on various uncontrollable factors including market conditions, client responsiveness, and product/service quality.
9. Data Use and Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarbStar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services.
